I am reading the package now. On the front of the package it says Soy

Free, Lactose & Gluten Free, Cholesterol Free, Shredded Cheese

Alternative, pretty much all that you would want out of a cheese

alternative.

In the ingredients, it says Casein* (milk protein) adds a trivial

amount of cholesterol. Why do they do that!!!! I guess that is what I

get when I try and buy a new product with my 3 & 4 year olds with me.

But still, that is ridulous and wrong. If you are advertising a

product as a cheese " alternative " than it should be cheese free.

P.S. I didn't melt it. I made a raw pizza with it.
