Guest guest
I recently switch to a mainly raw diet. And I am surprised at how satisifing things are. I think I am less hungry with this. 2 things that really fill me up is sprouted grain bread & tortillas & pitas. They are make with grains and legumes. And the other thing is cashew butter and almond butter. I would spread a little bit on Romaine lettuce and wrap it up and eat it. Look through the recipes files.. There is sooooo much.
