Guest guest Posted May 4, 2007 Report Share Posted May 4, 2007 I love the Sloppy Lentils and go to page# 85 and try the Tempeh Etouffee but steam the tempeh for 10 minutes to plump it up before you brown it and toss it lightly. I added 2 celery stalks, 3 garlic cloves and a Big Mama Onion not a medium one.LOL It's great on rice and also in the center of a heap of mashed potatoes. Enjoy, I think this is a wonderful cookbook not only for vegans but for vegetarians and none-vegs too. The recipes are very tasty and not time consuming at all.
