I prefer Bob's Red Mills products. They are American grown and processed.

In fact they are processed less than 100 miles from my home. Here is a link to

the plant tour that explains a few things. There are also links on the site

to the store so you can order or you can ask your local grocer to order from

them for your own use and also to increase thier sales.

I notice many e-mails about the problems with gluten in cat food. But I have

been very concerned about the gluten in the food we eat.

http://www.fda.gov/ora/fiars/ora_import_ia9929.html This is the FDA link that

has information about our food problems in regard to China. If you make your

own gluten from the High Gluten Flour you need to check with the company to see

where it comes from. Also all the ready made gluten products have concerned me.

Kellogg told my Natural Food store that none of their gluten comes from China.

They are sending him a letter that will state that information that their gluten

does not come from China.
