Guest guest Posted May 2, 2007 Report Share Posted May 2, 2007 Hummus 1 cup cooked chickpeas juice of 2 lemons 3 - 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 cup of warm water, add until desired consistency 1 1/2 tablespoons (6 tsp) tahini 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
