Guest guest Posted May 1, 2007 Report Share Posted May 1, 2007 Old Fashioned Rhubarb Pudding 1 cup flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup white sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 3/4 cup milk or soy milk 1 1/2 cups rhubarb (maybe a little more) Mix flour and dry ingredients, add milk and rhubarb. Spread in large greased baking dish. Cover with a sauce of: 1 1/2 cups boiling water 1 cup brown sugar butter size of walnut 1 tsp. vanilla Pour over batter and bake covered at 375 deg.
