Guest guest
AMY!! How are you?? Man oh man the weather sucked almost the whole trip. Ann Arbor was easily on the way & Seva was AWESOME!!! We made complete pigs of ourselves & my youngest asked for some recipes - nope! Thank you for a great recommendation! Still would have been better if you were there. Drop me a line & tell me how you're doing... Beth akfral wrote: Hey Beth, how was Ann Arbor? STill bummed I missed you. Guest guest
Oh no Beth, not boring at all. Those are great activities. I love the poolside potlucks, going to the beach and water parks. Gardens do take time. I found over 35 hornworms on one tomato plant today, that had eaten half of my tomatoes and defoliated the plant quite well. I have been watching my tomato plants so closely, every day and today when I looked at the plants, I was sick to see all of the destruction by those 35 hornworms on the plant in just ONE DAY. Have a great summer with your farmily crew this summer. Judy - MotherLodeBeth Saturday, August 15, 2009 11:11 PM Re: Question of the Week - Favorite Summertime activities that involve food Food isn't a focus in our lives. In the summer we eat mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, and do potlucks at poolside gatherings, the beach, river outings. Also keep busy tending the vegetable garden. I must sound very boring LOL ~Beth~ wwjd <jtwigg Time for another Question of the Week - For those of you living where it is the hot days of summer time. - What are some of your favorite activities that you enjoy this time of year that involve food? and What are some of those ways you enjoy cooking the different foods and some recipes for us, please? Example, cooking out, camping, picnic's, cooking/baking inside, etc............ Looking forward to some wonderful inspiring answers.
