You will fine so many recipes you won't know what to

do with in our recipe files. They are organized in

folders by category.

I'm not vegan but I only use eggs for baking and since

I have cow's milk allergy so I use a tablespoon of

parmesan here and there or a little bit of grated

cheddar on a tostada and that's about all I can get

away with. If you slowly cut down on your cheese and

dairy intake you won't miss it as much. The vegan

cheeses are good. I enjoy Vegan Gourmet cheese and it

melts. The soy ice cream is delicious.
