Guest guest
Oh you don't know what you are missing. Hopefully one day you will have some extra time and try a few recipes, even if you pick them out of the sandwich files. I use the files every weekend. Guest guest
Hi Mari, I know, I try not to read them too carefully because they all look so delicious!!! :>( I'm hoping to be able to cook more this year, as I will be on sabbatical (right, get paid for not working!!! sort of...), possibly in California. As long as I am here on my farm I will never have much time for cooking... just too much to do!!! I do make quick things, like lentil soup or noodles with garlic sauce. My wife makes rice and beans and stir fry type things with vegetables and tofu, but she works full time and doesn't have much time for cooking either. We typically eat out 3-4 times a week. And unfortunately, it is easier for me to stop by Sam's and buy a case of Silk soymilk than to make my own... for now.
