Guest guest
I have never like uncooked tofu and I'm not one who sprinkles nutritional yeast flakes on my popcorn (sorry, but yech!) but there's something about tofu & nutritional yeast that works for me. (I've tried one of the tofu scrambles with both which is also great.) I didn't blend it quite to perfect smoothness and so it resembled ricotta in texture. I added only the dill but it reminds me of a very mild boursin (haven't had ricotta or boursin in years, so forgive me if my taste is " off " ). This has a lot of possibilities & I'll try it with the cashew substitute soon. Judy, you're right, this is wonderful! And there are a lot of spicing possibilities here. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
