Guest guest Posted April 28, 2007 Report Share Posted April 28, 2007 3 Hass avocadoes chopped 2 fresh lime juice 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half 1/2 cup yellow peppers diced 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro chopped 1 packet of Stevia or raw sugar a drizzle of olive oil celtic sea salt to taste Mix all together and put on top of Romaine lettuce.
