Guest guest Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 Sesame-Yogurt Sauce 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced salt and pepper In a 6-inch to 8-inch frying pan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds until golden, 2 to 3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, garlic and toasted sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 1 cup. Calories pere tbsp. 11, Fat 0.3 g, Carbs 1.3 g, Sodium 11 mg, Fiber 0 g.
