Guest guest Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 Harrow Road Cafe Chocolate Pound Cake servings: 6 3 c Flour 3 c Sugar 1 c Cocoa 3 ts Baking powder 1/8 ts Salt 1 c Butter, melted 1 1/2 c Milk 3 ts Vanilla 3 Eggs 1/4 c Cream, light directions: Sift all the dry ingredients together. Make a well in center. Add the butter, milk and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, alternating the cream, beat well after each addition. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake in a 325 degree (F) oven for 1 1/4 hours. Cool on a rack and the remove from the pan.
