Why back then I was fed rice milk my Mom would have to

make. I was always told I was lactose intolerant.

Not so, I used to try taking Lactaid and it would make

me sick also. The ENT doc gave me an allergy test

since I had non-stop sinus infections for years and

the only allergy that popped up was cow's milk. All

the sinus problems stopped and so did the stomach

problems after I stopped eating dairy. I can get away

with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and butter doesn't

bother me.
