Roasted Broccoli

1 lb. broccoli, cleaned

 

1 tbsp. olive oil

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the stems (if necessary) and cut into

halves or quarters, depending on the thickness of the stem. Put in a bowl

and drizzle the olive oil over it. Season with the salt and pepper. Toss

to coat and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about

20 to 25 minutes.
