Welcome Nancy. We are so glad you are posting. I know you've got some great

recipes. I too love oatmeal, especially with dried or fresh fruit and nuts

sprinkled on top. Then add Maple Syrup and a little peanut butter and you have

the breakfast of champions. I love the Snowy Tofu Powdered milk too and also

the Better than Milk Powdered Soy and Rice Milks. It is great that you can

make it up right in your glass if you choose. So great for traveling with too.

Take it to a hotel, with your box of cereal and make up the milk you need for

breakfast that morning and no worry about refrigeration.

[sPAM] Oatmeal Nan

Hi, NancytheNotetaker here ... I'm learning 's ways ... so if you read

this twice from me, pardon moi! No, I'm not French, but American ... retired in

Sun Lakes-Banning, California, west of Palm Springs with retired Army chaplain

hubby ... formerly under another name in this group but changing to to

read all your good recipes in . Grew up vegetarian, mostly veggie now ...

Love Thai food with steamed tofu dishes and peanut sauce. Friends already with

Judy, Donna, and now Sharon and hope to gather many more friends right here in

veggie-land! - NtN

PS: Favorite new thing ... Snowy Tofu powdered milk ... I used to mix it up

but didn't use the quantity I fixed fast enough ... found out I could just spoon

on a little powder on my oatmeal (yes, I love o-m) and mix it up and it was so

creamy and no worry of the snowy-tofu milk getting stale. Figure I can take it

in a little salt shaker in my bag-o and have it at restaurants when I order my

o-m there (why would anyone order o-m away from home? It's cheap and filling,

that's why ... ha, ha! You could call me " oatmeal nan "
