I have eaten rose petals for years and it doesn't have

to be a certain type of white ot pink rose. Those

just taste better, delicate flavor. The darker roses

are more of a bitter taste.

I have a nursery down the street I've pick them them

up from. He doesn't use sprays and I don't either.

Haven't had any problems with bugs. I prune them down

each winter and they grow right back up.
