Guest guest Posted April 23, 2007 Report Share Posted April 23, 2007 2 eggs, hard cooked, chopped 1/2 cup cooked, mixed veggies 1/4 cup diced, mock ham lunch meat 1 Tablespoon sliced green onions 1/4 cup shredded Montery Jack Cheese 1/4 season salt 2 to 3 Tabelspoons mayonnaise substitute 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard 8-oz.can quick Crescent rolls 1 egg whit beaten 1/4 teaspoon dill weed Heat oven 350* In bowl combine eggs,veggies,ham,onions,and cheese. Stir in Season salt, mayonnaise, and mustard. Seperate dough into 4 rectangles. On ungreased cookie sheet press or roll each rectangle into 4 1/2 inch squars. Spoon 1/4 of filling into center of each square. Pull four corners of dough together, seal all edges. Brush each bundle with beaten egg white and sprinkle with dill weed.
