Guest guest Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 I take all those pans and I heavily oil and flour them, I put wax paper on the bottom. Most of the pans I use are my Mom's old seasoned ones and they really work well. They have so much black on them from years of use that they have to be safe..LOL Baking pans are made of who knows what. Some are teflon coated and there are all types of teflon, others are aluminum.
