Guest guest Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk 1 14 ounce can coconut milk 3 large bananas, sliced 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt little cinnamon if you want Over medium heat, simmer coconut milk, bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt for 10 minutes.
