7-Grain Vegetable and Brown Rice Loaf

 

Yield: 1 Loaf

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cup Raw cashew nuts

1 box AM Quick Brown Rice

(Vegetable & Herb flavor), cooked

1 cup Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal

2 cup Soy milk

1 lrg Onion, chopped

3/4 cup AM Wheatgerm

4 tbl AM Canola Oil

2 tbl Soy sauce

1 tsp Sea salt (optional)

4 tbl Minced parsley

1/2 tsp Thyme

1/2 tsp Ground celery seed

1/2 tsp Ground sage

1 tsp Onion powder

1 tsp Garlic powder

 

Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food

grinder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix

well.

 

Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 F.

uncovered for 1 hour or until done.

 

Serve with favorite gravy and mashed potatoes.
