Guest guest Posted April 22, 2007 Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 @@@@@ Raisin Sauce for Tofu 2 teaspoons brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder 1/4 teaspoon white vinegar 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon raisins 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon zest 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons water In a saucepan, stir together brown sugar, cornstarch and mustard powder. Slowly stir in vinegar, then add raisins, lemon zest, lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to thicken. Serves one. Per serving: 79 calories; 0.3 g fat (0 g saturated fat; 3 percent calories from fat); 20 g carbohydrates; 0 mg cholesterol; 5 mg sodium; 0.6 g protein; 0.6 g fiber.
