Guest guest Posted April 21, 2007 Report Share Posted April 21, 2007 Mango groove Peel and slice the mango ahead of time, cover with cling wrap and keep it in the fridge until needed Serves: 2 WHAT YOU NEED 1 large mango, peeled and cut into thick wedges 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped Nomu sweet rub, available from large supermarkets and delis countrywide WHAT TO DO Arrange the mango on a plate. Mix the nuts and the sweet rub together and place in a small bowl. To eat, dip the mango into the nut and spice mixture and, well, feed each other. Serve with more bubbly or a glass of chilled Masala wine. Good luck! Ahhh...imagining that irresistible " new car " smell? Check outnew cars at Autos.
