Mango groove

Peel and slice the mango ahead of time, cover with cling wrap and keep it in the

fridge until needed

Serves: 2

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

1 large mango, peeled and cut into thick wedges

1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped

Nomu sweet rub, available from large supermarkets and delis countrywide

 

WHAT TO DO

Arrange the mango on a plate. Mix the nuts and the sweet rub together and place

in a small bowl. To eat, dip the mango into the nut and spice mixture and, well,

feed each other. Serve with more bubbly or a glass of chilled Masala wine. Good

luck!
