That sounds like the type of headache I get when I don't drinking coffee for a

couple of days. In my case it's definitely a detox headache.

 

If you lightly press the palms of your hands on your cheek bones and fingers on

your temples, and it feels better, you are probably just withdrawing from

something that wasn't good for you anyway. It should go away after a couple of

days.

Hi Eglaelin,

 

I recommend you drink more water and fresh squeezed fruit and

vegetable juices. Also to get a reasonable amount of excercise (at

least one hour of walking or equivalent per day). I think that will

help too.
