Georgia Cracker Salad Donna

lol well it may well be. Today was my first time trying it. I saw Paula

Dean(food tv channel) make this with just slightly different measurements

yesterday and had to try it. She used one egg and 1 1/2 c. mayo, but that

seemed like way to much mayo and as it turned out this was just right with only

1/2 c. I used only 3/4 cylinder, because that was all I had left and it was

exactly the right combo. Did you like it? I thought you would like the

lettuce leaf wrap idea, since you are such a big fan of spreads and dips put in

them....... I tried it that way, because of your frequent comments about how

great they are. I loved it. I used the Veganaise and scaped the bottom of my

jar clean...... Gotta make a trip to the heath food store soon and replace

that...............

Georgia Cracker Salad Judy

 

 

THat's funny. I just tasted this for the first time

when Mya's in-laws were here for her wedding. They are

fro, North Carolina, is this a popular recipe in the

south?????

I sure did like it.

I think the veganaise really made it good.
