Gave a bag full of baby bok choy. Wash and drain. cut

them in half lengthwise and lay on foil, add a little

butter or marg and herbs, wrap and lay on the grill,

turn a few times. You can do this in the oven also.

They are delicious roasted or fresh from the grill.
