Guest guest Posted April 19, 2007 Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 Zesty Black Bean Dip 2 cups canned black beans 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes 1 cup sour cream or yogurt 6 tablespoons chopped onions 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender. Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika. Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips. Yields 4 cups. Be smarter than spam.
