Meatless Patties - Alyssa

Alyssa,

 

I like the reg.Vegetarian chicken patty better than the parmasean one too.

I really love the spicy black bean burger. My husbands favorite is the

mushroom Vegetarian burger.

 

But that recipe below is our favorite and takes no time at all to make.

One thing I really like about the meat substitutes is that you don't have to

worry about cooking them a long time, like you do meat, so it is done. I

think you'll enjoy it and you are very welcome.

If I may jump in here, I really like Amy's Organic BBQ Veggie Burger. What

a shock when you're cooking a veg. burger for the first time and you'er used

to hamburger sizzling and popping! *L* it was more like smoking and

smoldering! *L*
