Guest guest Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 I am new to using quinoa and I found a great recipe here to try. It says to rinse it first to avoid bitterness. Do I need to do this everytime, and what if I find little black or brown ones. Do I pick them out?? Thanks ahead of time...Tracy from Pa.
