Guest guest
This is interesting. As I have said, I haven't totally gotten rid of the meat, and had someone asked me before last week, I would say that I wouldn't know if I ever could do so. But after not having eaten pork for probably two years now and then being given a pork sandwich at a restaurant that I so as in did not order, I was disgusted. I ate around half of it before I figured out that it was not what I had ordered, but since I had eaten so much, I couldn't send it back. Funny too. As I'm sure some of you former meat-eaters can attest, I used to love pork. Now... Well... I can't stand it. It has such an odd taste. If that's how all meats do after a long time period of not eating them, then there might be a possibility for me (though it may take a long time) after all. -Alyssa On Behalf Of brbrunner Sunday, April 15, 2007 7:00 PM Meat Down, Veggies Up, Says New Research 1 in 4 U.S. adults is eating less meat compared to a year ago, and 1 in 8 is a semi-vegetarian, according to a recent study conducted by the Humane Research Council (HRC).
