New to the group and being a vegetarian

Hi all!

 

Just wanted to say hello. I am on my 5th day of being a vegetarian.

I've wanted to make the transition for years, and have tried and failed

many times, but this time feels different. It just feels like it is in

line with other changes happening in my life right now.

 

I never really realized how difficult it is to go out and find

something vegan and healthy from fast food places. I love cooking, and

think myself a good cook, so making my own food has never been a

problem. I'm looking forward to trying the recipes listed here. Wish

me luck!

You will learn to be a better cook by cooking vegetarian. The combinations of

flavors and aromas are so intricate and wonderful without the smell or tasteof

meat to cover everything. Vegetarian cooking is a challange, but you will find

some delicious foods you probably never tried before. I had never had eggplant

till I became vegetarian and I love it, now.
