Stephanie Tofuna recipe, kelp flakes?

Recipe sounds good, where do you find kelp flakes? Are they in a bag? jar?

Go to the Asian market and they will be ground into a powder in a

small plastic or glass shaker bottle like a garlic salt bottle or you

can buy a larger amount in a bag.
