Guest guest Posted April 12, 2007 Report Share Posted April 12, 2007 Simple Oven-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes 16 fingerling potatoes 1/3 cup olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon dried or fresh-chopped parsley dash dill 1/4 teaspoon paprika Wash and dry the potatoes. You may cut them or roast them whole. Mix other ingredients in a bowl. Add potatoes and toss until coated with mixture. Place potatoes in a pan and bake/roast potatoes at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
