Re: allergies

Donna,

The doctor said fever is not usually associated with allergies nor is a

yellow runny nose but my husband has severe allergies and runs a fever with

green runny nose. She said with allergies it would be clear. They just

spread a lot of mulch outside under the trees and I recieved flowers for

Easter and the same thing happened last year when this happened he was sick.

I don't know I am not getting a clear answer but the temp was not down this

morning but he seems to be bettter now. Thanks for your recipe I will give

it a go.

Also might try a plain saline nasal spray. Not the one for allergies or

sinuses, It's made a big difference in my family, cause the kids can use

and there's no worry about the medication. The spray will help move what's

in your head and Spraying particularly after being outside helps along with

using a cool mist humidifier.
