Oh my gosh, is this ever good! You're preaching to the choir here;

I've always loved fried or baked tofu, but this is more than

excellent!!

 

Not that anyone asked me (and I hate to dilute my enthusiasm for

these tofu sticks) but I've been slooooowwwwly working my way through

the various files and here are a couple other tofu winners:

 

Vegan Tofu Scramble

Sesame Tofu

Maria Boscaino's Tofu Nirvana

 

I plan to try the ones from today soon. Mmmm! Who says that tofu is

tasteless? Not I :)
