Guest guest Posted April 10, 2007 Report Share Posted April 10, 2007 Artichoke Cheese Dip with a BIte 1 8 oz. can plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded Italian blend cheese 1/8 tsp. onion powder or a little minced onion 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes garlic powder to taste or crushed fresh garlic Mix together all ingredients but the Parmesan together and place in a sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until hot and bubby.
