Guest guest
AJ - I LOVE the mix of the three herbs in this pesto (I've got some Thai basil starting on my window sill right now). What kind of oil do you use in this? I'd use peanut oil, but I'd like to make it for a buffet and avoid alllergy issues. Is olive oil too heavy? Grapeseed maybe? What do you think would be the best alternative nut to keep the Asian taste? Anyone? Thanks and Happy Holidays. Guest guest
Hi Chupa, What about cashews? Maybe with a bit of sesame oil?
