Hey all.

Well it's another VERY CHILLY weekend here in Vermont....doesnt feel like

Easter weekend at all.

I'm making the Cheese Rice Casserole from the files section, but adding my

own " twists " to it...with a mass of chopped up spinach....

I've always thought that I couldn't stand to give up cheese, but the way it

makes my stomach feel lately, I don't think I " d miss it.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

P.S. Imagine my disgust as we went out for brkfst this morning, and on top

of m CHEESE omelet..is a PILE of chopped bacon! *L* IT has NEVER come like

that before EVER...??!

Yuck! (To the chopped up bacon on your omelet this morning.) That reminds

me of something I've actually used a couple of times when I'm forced to eat

at McDonalds or Sonic or somewhere and I ask for a salad without meat on it.

When they start giving me a hard time, I tell them I'm allergic to meat.

You might want to try that if you go there again. (I read it in a copy of

Vegetarian Times awhile back.)

Ugh! The worst is when you ask if a salad can be prepared without the meat or

whatever, they say yes, and then they bring it to you apparently free of meat.

Then, at the bottom, you find the pieces they didn't pick out!

Deceptive and gross.
