Have to say, I have been eating carrot salad as long as I can remember and that

is about 70 years. And, you can be sure that the southerners do NOT use

anything except mayonnaise in it...and yoghurt just sounds terrible. So it

shouldn't be too bad with just plain ole mayo when you can't find Duke's on the

shelves of Winn Dixie or the PIggly Wiggly.
