Guest guest
That is great Bryan. Thanks for sharing. My husband has a inherited a high trigliceride problem from his mom. My husband walks a ton with his job, so maybe it would be even higher if he wasn't. I used to test my Mother-in-laws triglercerides in the lab and I had to dilute them 1 to 10 to get them to even read on my instrument. She was very careful with her diet, for the most part, but was never a vegetarian. My husband eats very healthy foods and not a lot of fat. I want to keep my sweetheart around for a very long time. We started walking together in the evenings for about an hour a day, and in about 6 weeks her doctor was amazed at the change. And he wanted to put her on meds!!! Bryan --- .
