Guest guest Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 I have seen and tasted these yummy products from some health food stores (my vegetarian hiking friends use them) and I have a brand new food dehydrator. I have seen both tofu and seitan done this way. Anyone here has any experience making jerky out of tofu or seitan (gluten)? Any pointers?
