Guest guest
After the discussions here about the yummyness of anasazi beans, and a nifty sale at my coop, I bought a bunch & cooked 'em up (plain) yesterday. Oh yum, are they are good!! And I love that they're so pretty and cook in under an hour. Thanks so much for the tip--This is a " new " bean to me and I just love them! Peace, Maureen
Guest guest
They are a favorite of mine too. Such a creamy smooth flavor. Add some cumin, coriander, garlic, onion, grated carrot and cook them up next time. A real treat. I have them in a nice jar, I love looking at them. It's even harder to be heartless when you look at me that way. You're as mighty as the flower that will grow the stones away.
