Guest guest Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 Roasted Brussel Sprouts Source: " What's Cooking " at Recipezaar. 1 1/2 lbs (680 g) fresh Brussels sprouts 3 tablespoons (45 ml) extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried sage 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C). 2. Cut the bottom of each brussel sprout off (about 1/4 " /6 mm or less) and then slice in half lengthwise. 3. Toss all ingredients and place in a single layer on a baking dish. 4. Roast for 25 minutes or until brussel sprouts are slightly browned and tender throughout. 5. Serve hot or cold. Serves 4.
