Carmen, the first holidays as a vegetarian are a little difficult.

I would give one of the bean, tofu, lentil, or TVP leaves a try. Which

one you select I'm sure will be welcomed at the table. You can serve

them with a nice gravy.

Enjoy Easter,

Isis

At my mom's we have deviled eggs and I take vegetarian stuff there

with me. I make chili's from the files so I will probly pick one of

them out.

There's cheese enchiladas, salsa and then some unvegetarian stuff I

don't touch.

protracted stock-ladling completely. You just add all of the stock

to the rice at once, close the pressure cooker, bring it up to the

appropriate pressure, and then it is done or almost done in about

seven minutes. Then you can let it cook longer with the top off, add

cheese and herbs or whatever, and finish.

by Lorna Sass. I used to be afraid of pressure cookers and never

even considered that I might ever use one until I met a vegetarian

couple who showed me the light. Then, I bought a scratch and dent

pressure cooker from William Sonoma and went to town with it.

Unfortunately, I accidentally put the PC in the dishwasher and ruined

it and have been too cheap to replace it since. I could live on

risotto but hate the tedious stirring, so I should just buy a

pressure cooker and be done with it.

Cookbook (which is vegetarian), by Dewey Gram. It is based on the

movie, Babe. I will try to type it in soon.
