It's even harder to be heartless when you look at me that way. You're as mighty as the flower that will grow the stones away. Guest guest
Hi Penny I have a problem with my triglycerides and have huge cravings for cheese. I am trying to eat the garden burger sausage when I get that craving. I don’t think I can go vegan because I’d miss cheese – even though I eat only fat free or low fat cheese, it’s still cheese! Guest guest
I like most of the garden burger stuff. My son says he doesn't like it but he eats it over real meat when we have it - silly boy! I guess I’m lucky that I don't mind the low fat and fat free cheeses. And my numbers are getting better, slowly but surely. I've seen lots of people talking about the soy/thyroid link too. I had to have my thyroid taken out in Jan. of 2004 because the bottom half wasn't working at all and there were all kinds of nodules. It's taken until last fall to finally get my medication level stabilized, but I don't seem to have the problem a lot of people have with soy and thyroid problems. Guest guest
Welcome to the list, Penny. See my response to Carol's intro for my explanation of why I am here. It is very similar to yours. LOL, I do not like squash either... Unless it's in a casserole with cheese in it... -Alyssa On Behalf Of Penny Tuesday, April 03, 2007 9:30 AM Introduction - Penny Hi, I’m also new to the group (joined this weekend).
