I met her during one of her book signings in Manhattan some 15 years ago when she had her first book published. Great recipes. Normally a true risotto made the old fashioned way use to take me some twenty minutes of stirring and adding broth to the sauteed rice. With the pressure cooker, it can be now done in about 8 minutes and the best part is, you need not stand at the stove and stir it like before. Another book I could recommend is " The Pressure Cooker Cookbook " by Toula Patsalis.She covers appetizers, soups, beans, dessert, etc. Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower wrote: I agree, that is one good cookbook!
