Guest guest Posted April 1, 2007 Report Share Posted April 1, 2007 Try the Yves, GimmeLean or Lightlife Smart brands or which type you can fine, if you want to make your own from dried that would also work just add spices, they are mild unless you get the Mexican or Taco flavor. For this eggplant recipe you could season your TVp with garlic, onion, ITalian seasonings or use canned Rotel tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I use a 12 ounce package of already prepared TVP and it works perfectly, add more if you like. YOu are the one with great recipes.
