Guest guest
You might want to do extensive research on this. I have relatives and friends with hypothyroidism and they were told a few years ago that soy wasn't good if you have hypo but now all of them have been told soy is perfectly fine in moderation. Seems moderation is the key to everything. Chelsea , Katie M <cozycate wrote: > > I had never heard that soy destroys the thyroid. Guest guest
Hi Chelsea, Yes, I have did the research and am on a few thyroid support groups too that also say stay completely away from soy. Now, I decided to eat a little bit because it was said at one time one serving a day was ok but since that has changed. I want to find out myself if it causes me any harm by doing without all soy for a while to see. thanks for responding Bev > > You might want to do extensive research on this.
