soy and hypothyroidism Katie Bev

You might want to do extensive research on this. I have relatives

and friends with hypothyroidism and they were told a few years ago

that soy wasn't good if you have hypo but now all of them have been

told soy is perfectly fine in moderation. Seems moderation is the key

to everything.

Hi Chelsea,

Yes, I have did the research and am on a few thyroid support groups

too that also say stay completely away from soy. Now, I decided to

eat a little bit because it was said at one time one serving a day

was ok but since that has changed. I want to find out myself if it

causes me any harm by doing without all soy for a while to see.
