link to hummus group and our recipes Donna

Thank you Donna as well. I have never seen so many hummus recipes in

my life, anywhere! I never even imagined there were that many. And a

group just for hummus, that's crazy! Thank you for your reply. I am

feeling better about my situation already.

Hi Tammy,

Lately I've been reminding myself I can make hummus out of any kind of

bean (the hummus files here are great, aren't they!?) and the taste

differences are wonderful. I suppose it's not traditional but white

bean hummus is great - so delicate and light. And there are there

these yellow Mexican beans, mayacopa beans, that are just sublime as

hummus. So, as yummy as chickpeas are, you don't have to have just

those :)
