Guest guest Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 For everyone who enjoys portebella mushrooms, instead of eating veggie burgers when we grill I use the large portebellas. Scrub the mushrooms and marinate them in dressing for about 5-10 minutes and throw them on the grill. I like to use a zesty italian dressing or vinegrette.
